Our week-long stay (February 10-17, 2026) at this beautifully designed property near Hội An’s rice fields exceeded all expectations. This is without a doubt one of the finest Airbnb experiences we’ve had. The house masterfully blends traditional Vietnamese architecture with contemporary design elements, creating a space that feels both authentic and luxurious.

The property’s exceptional cleanliness and high-standing quality immediately impressed us. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the golden and green tones inspired by the surrounding rice fields to the traditional wooden shuttered doors that allow natural ventilation. The peaceful location-just a 1-minute walk to picturesque rice paddies and a 5-minute bike ride to the Bay Mau coconut forest-provides an authentic Vietnamese countryside experience while maintaining all modern comforts.

The Space

The 2-bedroom house features a sophisticated color palette of golden and green tones that echo the surrounding rice fields. Traditional wooden shuttered doors throughout the property provide excellent natural ventilation and connect the interior spaces with the outdoor environment.

A particular highlight is the reading nook, thoughtfully positioned beneath a skylight that floods the space with natural light-perfect for morning coffee or diving into a good book. The green table in the courtyard quickly became our favorite spot for afternoon tea and simply soaking in the peaceful atmosphere.

The contemporary design elements blend harmoniously with traditional Vietnamese architectural features, creating a space that feels both culturally rich and comfortably modern. The kitchen is well-equipped, and both bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements with quality furnishings.

Areas for Enhancement

While our experience was exceptional, a couple of additions would make this outstanding property even better:

Walking paths to the rice fields (we discovered several beautiful routes)
River access points for scenic walks
Location of the nearest minimart for supplies
Best route to Bay Mau coconut forest by bike

This would help guests, especially first-time visitors to the area, maximize their exploration of this beautiful countryside setting.

Bicycle/Scooter Rental Partnership Partnering with or recommending a local bicycle or scooter rental service would greatly enhance the guest experience. While the property’s location is wonderfully peaceful, having easy access to two-wheeled transportation would make it simpler for guests to explore Hội An, the coconut forest, and surrounding villages at their leisure.
